Personal Training at Tucson Fit is available from 6am-8pm Monday-Saturday, We are here to match your schedule and make this as accessible as possible. If alternative hours are wanted, just ask, we can always make something work.​ This is about you and your health & fitness goals.​

Stretch Session
The body takes a beating. Whether it's long hours at the computer typing away or your parents ask you to go on a weekend hike, those accumulating knots and aches need to be addressed. Using a combination of various massage and stretching techniques we target the tight muscle fascia immobilizing your soft tissue and loosen it up. This process is called myofascial release (MFR). A pain free method to maintaining and up-keeping your body's physical state.

Recovery Sessions at Tucson Fit are available from 6am-8pm Monday-Saturday, We are here to match your schedule and make this as accessible as possible. If something comes up immediately that needs to be address let us know, alternative hours are available

Exercise & Nutrition programming Membership
Are you struggling with what to do in the gym, what to eat, or overthinking the journey to achieving your fitness goals? Well then, Tucson Fit Exercise or Nutrition Programming is for you! After purchasing this membership you will either meet in person or zoom with one of our experienced trainers, who will take you through some questions and a discussion about your current regiment and future goals. From there, your trainer will start building out your program using email or text for any necessary details. Every two weeks, using email, you will do a check in with your trainer to discuss how the programming is going and any questions from either party!

Online Coaching
Whether you are someone who likes to dot all their I's and cross all their T's or someone who needs that accountability, there is value in having a fitness coach. Even I myself, have a bodybuilding coach to ensure that I am doing everything at my maximum capacity and provide a non biased opinion on my game plan both short and long term. Upon purchasing online coaching through Tucson Fit you will sit down with your assigned trainer either in person or via Zoom. Your trainer will then ask all the necessary questions and have a discussion to begin formulating your exercise, nutrition, and cardio programming. Every week on a prescribed day you will do a full check in with your coach via email, after which, you will receive any updates or changes moving forward!
